1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Stratum Labs Inc. ("we," "our," or "the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

Stratum Labs provides independent analytical chemistry services, specifically HPLC purity testing and LC-MS identity verification for research peptides. Our services are intended solely for research, quality verification, and harm reduction purposes.

3. Research Use Only

All services are provided strictly for research and verification purposes. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are using our services for legitimate research or quality verification purposes
• You will not use our services to facilitate any illegal activity
• You understand that our analysis does not constitute approval, recommendation, or endorsement of any substance for human or animal consumption
• You will not rely on our analysis as a substitute for professional medical advice

4. Sample Submission

You are responsible for ensuring that any samples submitted to us comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service or reject samples at our sole discretion. Samples that appear to violate applicable regulations may be reported to appropriate authorities.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required prior to sample analysis. We accept cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, USDT, USDC) as specified during checkout. All payments are final and non-refundable once analysis has commenced, except in cases of our error or inability to complete the analysis.

6. Analytical Results

Our Certificates of Analysis represent our findings based on the specific sample and methodology employed. Results are valid only for the submitted sample and cannot be extrapolated to other batches, lots, or sources. We do not guarantee the identity, purity, or safety of any substance beyond what is stated in our report.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratum Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific requirements beyond the stated methodology.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Stratum Labs and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stratum Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
