Sample Submission Guide

Everything you need to know about preparing and shipping your samples for analytical testing at Stratum Labs.

Sample Requirements

Minimum quantities and preparation guidelines for accurate analysis.

Standard Peptides

Quantity: 3-5mg minimum

Form: Lyophilized powder preferred

Container: Original sealed vial or 1.5mL microcentrifuge tube

Labeling: Include batch/lot number if available

HGH / Large Proteins

Quantity: 1 vial (10IU equivalent) minimum

Form: Lyophilized powder, unreconstituted

Container: Original sealed vial

Storage: Ship with cold packs if possible

Sterility Testing

Quantity: 1mL minimum reconstituted

Form: Sterile-filtered solution

Container: Sterile vial with rubber stopper

Storage: Ship frozen with dry ice

Packaging Guidelines

Proper packaging ensures sample integrity during transit.

Secure Vials

Wrap each vial individually in bubble wrap or foam. Secure caps with parafilm if available.

Secondary Container

Place wrapped vials in a sealed plastic bag or secondary container to prevent leakage.

Cushioning Material

Fill shipping box with adequate cushioning to prevent movement and impact damage.

Include Order Information

Print and include your order confirmation. Do not include personal identification.
